This hotel is located in a very busy area, making it convenient for business travelers. It's also very near the business center of the city, allowing for easy access to important meetings and events. The staff is very professional and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities one would need, including a good toilette. The breakfast included in my rate had many options to pick from, especially for vegetarians.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Ludhiana and we liked the spacious and comfortable room. The bed was very cozy and the room had a nice ambiance with dim lighting and a beautiful view from the window. The breakfast was also good with a variety of options to choose from. We also loved that the hotel was located near many restaurants and shops which made it easy to explore the neighborhood.
The room service was very slow and the staff was not very friendly or accommodating. We also had trouble with the air conditioning unit and it took a long time for someone to come and fix it.

Spent christmas holidays with my family at a hotel located near old markets and railway station. Had a great time exploring the surroundings, which were very convenient. The hotel offered spacious rooms, great food options and friendly staff. In particular, the breakfast was a hit. The hotel also had a 24/7 room service, which was very helpful.
Although the hotel had many great features, the cleaning service could have been better. We noticed some stains on the carpets and the bathroom needed some extra attention.
